The Following Styles are a combination of Basic Tricks
Try to practice the Basic first, then when you are capable of doing all Basic Tricks, you can proceed to this level. The most important thing is to keep practicing.
Double Hand(Level **) Requires 4 hoops. This trick is the same as Basic Hand; the only difference is that you spin two hoops on each arm. Start with Basic Hand, then reverse one arm
for backward motion. Keep one hoop on each hand and one on each elbow. |

Four in a Column(Level ***) Start with Basic Hooping using four hoops and gently divide one by one. First, one to your knees, second to your hand, third to your neck, and keep one
around your waist. Keep up the speed. Concentrate on each hoop. Way Out(Level ***) Start with Flamingo. Stand on one leg, hold the three other hoops in your hand, put one hoop on your
foot, and one on each hand. Keep up the speed and concentrate on what you are doing.
Bustle Spin(Level ***) Start with Basic Hand, then bend your body forward and
stick your buttocks out. While spinning the hoop, place it on your buttocks and rotate your body to keep it spinning. . |
